The Prasadam will be supplied during the after-noon and evening timings to the devotees. 1) Three Madhuraprasadam will be distributed in every day to all the Devotees.
2) After completion of the Kashya Mangalarathi, during the nighttime the Khashayam will be distributed.
3) ON THE DAY OF VIJAYADASHMI, the Paddy Khadiru and new rice will be distributed as a Pradam.
Veaten Rice / Flake Rice Prasadam will be distributed every day at Saraswasthi Mantap, after completion of the Asthavadha Seva to all the Devotees.
If any Devotee wishes to offer Rs. 15,000/- for this Annasantharapnae, Annasantharpane will be conducted in his name at that time. Besides this, if any devotee wishes to contribute for this scheme irrespective of the amount, the temple will issue the receipt of the same.
During the time of Navarathi and Car festival time the devotees will be more and they will participate in this Annasantharapane. Every day 3000-4000 Devotees will participate in the prasadam section. These prasadam will be prepared in the Modern Kitchen facilities.
MAHATHRIMADHURA
This is the special Naivaidya prasad mixed with Sugarcandy, Grapes, and Honney, Cardamom. This prasada is considered as a special prasad for Educational purpose.
The pradoshna pooja takes place a 7 p.m. It is a great occasion of devotional fervour. All the major pooja-s is conducted in the shrine of Sri Veerabhadra also, just after their performance in the inner shrine. After the sribali pradakshinam, the smaller idol that is taken out on such occasions is brought to the hall, Saraswathi Mandapam where takes place mangalaarathi and ashtavaadhana seva. Then the idol is taken back to the inner shrine. After the pooja, a sacred concoction, kashaaya theertham, is distributed to devotees. It is preparation of ginger, pepper, cardamom, tippali, lavangam, jaggari, etc., and is believed to have been introduced by Sri Aadi Shanaraachaarya as a prasaadm of special medicinal value.he shrine closes at 9 p.m. Sri Chandika Homam is an important offering here.
